A BizAssure support agent works with you during the handbook-development process to understand your business, review your handbook needs, and help create a document that better reflects your policies and operations. Once complete, the handbook is assigned to your My Document Center account.
The first-year service includes the handbook-creation process and Document Center access. Beginning in year two, annual maintenance provides continued portal access, requested edits, available compliance-related update support, and assistance from a dedicated BizAssure support agent.

How the Process Works
1. Choose the option that fits your business
Select either a Compliant Handbook or Custom Handbook Creation. If you are not sure which option is appropriate, submit a request and the BizAssure team can help you identify the best starting point.
2. BizAssure starts your handbook
The BizAssure team begins the handbook-building process and collects the information needed to prepare your document. Depending on the selected option, this may include information about your workplace practices, employee locations, company policies, and other relevant employment details.
3. Review and complete your handbook
You will have the opportunity to review the handbook information and confirm that it accurately reflects your business practices. Your business remains responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring that the final handbook reflects how your organization operates.
4. Receive your assigned handbook
After the handbook is completed, BizAssure assigns it to your My Document Center account. You can then access and download the completed handbook while your eligible annual subscription remains active.
5. Maintain access and updates
With an active annual handbook subscription or maintenance service, you can continue to access your handbook through My Document Center and receive available compliance-related update support.
My Document Center Access
My Document Center is the portal where eligible clients can access completed BizAssure documents, available document tools, subscriptions, and document-related support.
Both Employee Handbook Builder options include My Document Center access while the applicable annual service remains active.
If your annual handbook subscription or maintenance service is canceled, expires, or is not renewed, your portal access will be deactivated. Your completed handbook remains your property, but you should download and securely save it before your access ends.
After deactivation, you will no longer be able to sign in to access stored documents, use portal-based features, or request updates through My Document Center unless you activate a new eligible annual subscription.
